YES, it is FREE for all orders being picked up in campus or delivered to a campus local address. And to save you even more, there is NO sales tax on any purchases made on cTextbook.com.

For UCB students ONLY: We have our delivery team at the Sweetheart Candies and Deserts (2550 Durant Ave) from 12pm to 4pm during the first 2 weeks (or first week ONLY for summer semester) of class. If you prefer, we can even deliver your order to your local Berkeley address at no extra cost. Please be advised that this could take up to 3 working days before you receive your textbooks. (Please arrange a special request during the check out process.) We also provide a delivery service to S.F. region for a flat rate of U.S.$5.00 and will be collected by the delivery person. Please also be advised that this could take up to 5 working days before you receive your textbooks. For your protection, please present a receipt with confirmation number (a print-out of the confirmation email) to the delivery person upon delivery. For other students: Your books will be shipped within one business day of when you place your order. All orders that are placed on saturday, sunday or any holiday will be shipped on the next business day. An email confirmation along with tracking number (from FedEx or USPS) will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.

For UCB students ONLY: If you choose to pick up your textbooks from campus, you could do so the next business day at Sweetheart Candies and Deserts (2550 Durant Ave) if you place your order during the first 2 weeks (or first week ONLY for summer semester) of class. If you place your order any time before the first week of class, your textbooks would be available for pick up during the first week of your courses. (Please kindly note that all orders must be received by 5pm, otherwise it will be processed the next business day). Please also be advised that campus pickup option is ONLY available the first 2 weeks (or first week ONLY for summer semester) of class. For other students: 2-3 business days of when you place your order unless otherwise specified.
What is a business day?
"Business days" are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Please be advised that these are our "office hours" and NOT the "textbook pick-up hours". Our textbook pick-up hours are Monday to Friday 10am to 2pm for the first 2 weeks of classes (or for the first week of classes ONLY during summer).
When can I expect to receive my books?
When you successfully submit an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail from WorldPay, our trusted credit card processing company. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 24 hours, we may not have received your order. Please contact us immediately via e-mail.
